About This Coffee:
Grown high in the foothills of Colombia’s Cordillera Central, this regional coffee comes from the lush mountains of Tolima, where elevation, climate, and careful farming practices come together to create exceptional flavor. The washed and sun-dried process highlights the coffee’s clarity while preserving its rich sweetness and fruit-forward character.
Cultivated between 1,500 and 2,100 meters, these beans are a blend of Caturra, Castillo, and Typica varietals. Each contributes to the coffee’s smooth structure, bright fruit notes, and refined chocolate finish.
This fresh roasted coffee bean is both expressive and approachable—perfect for those who enjoy depth without overpowering acidity. Expect a comforting base of dark chocolate, hints of tropical fruit, and a clean, satisfying finish that keeps the cup lively and balanced.
