About This Coffee:
Sourced from the highlands of Huehuetenango, Guatemala, this coffee is grown by over 400 family-owned farms spread throughout the region. The area’s high elevation, mineral-rich clay soils, and cool mountain climate create ideal conditions for slow-growing coffee, resulting in clean, well-defined flavors.
Cultivated at elevations between 1,800 and 2,000 meters above sea level, these beans are a blend of Bourbon, Catuai, and Caturra varietals. The fully washed process, followed by sun drying and mechanical drying, enhances clarity while preserving sweetness and balance in the cup.
This fresh roasted coffee bean is bright but approachable—perfect for those who enjoy a crisp citrus note without sharpness. Expect a refreshing lemon-lime lift up front, followed by smooth nougat sweetness and a warm brown sugar finish that makes every cup easy to enjoy.
